1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the DevsApex website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
DevsApex provides web design, development, SEO, and digital growth services. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables for each project are defined in individual project agreements between DevsApex and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of DevsApex and is protected by intellectual property laws. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of deliverables as specified in their project agreement.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project requirements
- Supply necessary content, assets, and access credentials in a timely manner
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work begins. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services.
6. Limitation of Liability
DevsApex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
