Maintenance covers routine upkeep: updates, backups, monitoring, and minor content changes. A dev retainer provides ongoing development hours for new features, design changes, API integrations, and technical improvements. Many clients use both.

How quickly do you respond to urgent issues?

Accepted Answer

Maintenance clients get priority support with response times of 2–4 hours during business hours. For critical issues (site down, security breach), we respond within 1 hour. We also provide an emergency hotline for mission-critical situations.
